Watch the ships and sunrise from the deck right at water's edge. Bring your own canoe and put it in! Quiet dead end street .I mile from town.
We do not allow winter rentals. Rent week starts on Saturday to Saturday .

Summary: Great location to all the sites and activities surrounding the area. The cottage is perfect for 2 people. If you don't want a lot of excitement this place is for you. Enjoyed the daily feeding of the seagulls from the owner next door! Wonderful time.

Summary: Nice home-like stay with amazing views. Great sunrise, especially with the Coast Gaurd Eagle clipper ship visiting in the harbor. The bed was really comfortable.

Summary: My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week in Maine on Penobscot Bay. The cottage was perfect- clean, comfortable, ideal location, and a terrific view of the bay. Perfect for relaxing and taking trips to surrounding towns, hiking, restaurants, and beaches. Al and Rosie were super friendly and helpful and we hope to return to the cottage in the future.

Summary: peaceful and relaxing really nice kitchen and back porch loved cooking in the kitchen and watching all the different boats in the water the moonlight was spectacular as well as the area restaurants everywhere we went got 5 forks we will be back

Summary: Great location for views of the harbor. Quiet dead end street. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. For guests who bring kayaks, be aware that you have to carry them down some rocky shoreline to get to the water.

Summary: We were overwhelmed by the gorgeous view from the deck. The cottage is right on the water! The deck furniture is perfect. The kitchen has all you need including a coffee pot and coffee! The TV is in fine working order. Because my husband is so tall, he had to adjust to the double bed. We have a queen size. bed at home! The owners are cordial and helpful. We had a great week!
