You are steps from the beach if you want to catch the sunrise and enjoy the herons, ducks and water lapping at your footsteps! You and your family and guests can also enjoy the The new Granite Lamp-Post and Patio with Adirondack Chairs, Flowers, Mini-Gardens and Lawn with Gorgeous Views of the Pleasure Boats around and about Falmouth Foreside Harbor. Explore the Beautiful Calendar Islands of Casco Bay by Ferry. Kayak and Paddle Board about the Picturesque Foreside, Beach Activities all day long or grab an Old-Fashioned Novel from the Bookcase and Enjoy!

Summary: Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Having the beach right there was so nice. We were grateful to have the use of paddle boards and kayaks. Our hosts stayed in contact with us through the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house could use some updating but to be expected with an older home. The bedrooms weren’t ideal but we made it work. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: The house was close to the water - excellent! The host was friendly and informative. The house is old and in need of updating. In spite of this, it was cozy and comfy. We really enjoyed the stay.

Summary: This house is tiny and very, very cluttered. Essentially it is a 4 room house. I think it would be best suited for a couple ..and no more. There are two bedrooms upstairs ..no real privacy...and the bathroom is on the first floor only. On the plus side the kitchen was very useable and the big screen tv worked very well...plus paddle boards and more were available. The location could not be better. .

Summary: The location was convenient to explore the Portland area and provided easy access to the seaside. We enjoyed exploring the bay with kayaks and paddle boards. Our kids loved playing in the water with the provided beach toys. The place is very family friendly.
