Positive: Good location with sea view, easy access to the airport bus(600), local buses to 6-8 trail routes and Seogwipo city. The room is exactly seen in the photos! Well equipped, spacious and clean.

Negative: Teaspoons would be nice to have in the room!

Positive: The staff was so great and nice and helpful! Great experience overall.

Negative: The pool was not open yet, which we didn't know when we booked the place. We expected a pool and are pretty sure it was not mentioned on booking.com that it was not yet open.

Positive: easy check in & out. the guys in reception cannot speak eng but someone was put instruction in eng so i just read it. the location near to beach, cafe, convenient store & track for walking, cycling and see sunrise.

Positive: Liked the location- not far from the beach- the room was with ocean room. A very amiable host, always ready to help.

Negative: swimming pool was not working maybe because it was mid April

Positive: We were grateful that they were able to accomodate our late check in time at the last minute. Mountain view, within reach of convenience stores, it was a unique experience for us as we got to dine on the floor with a low table provided and sleep on futon beds. Price was affordable for 6 guests, overall satisfied with oceantree house😊👍

Negative: Not used to sleeping on futon beds, but still managed to sleep without disruptions.
