Positive: I loved the close proximity to the beach, literally less than a min walk! The apt was clean, all amenities included and beach chairs, coolers and mini surfboards too! Good restaurants are very close by. Julio the host was very friendly and made me feel at home. Travel in the area is easy peasy too, no complaints here!
Negative: I didn't like that I had only a week to enjoy it all, I wish my vacation was longer!

Positive: If you like a beach bungalow just steps to the beach in a local neighborhood, this may be a great fit. Always an ocean breeze on the balcony and great hosts to facilitate your stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the beach. Easy access to El Yunque, Luquillo Kiosks, and the Eastern part of the island.
Negative: Just be aware that while there are strong window A/C units in the two bedrooms, there are none in the living room/kitchen. Not a big problem for us, we enjoyed the breeze on the balcony and the beach instead, just something to know.
Summary: Great beach bungalow on a local beach with great hosts and great access to Luquillo Kiosks.

Positive: Wonderful place. Loved just sitting out on the balcony. Little thoughtful things were the best. Having beach chairs and a beach umbrella available was a big plus. (hard to bring on an airplane) An even bigger plus was having a hose downstairs to rinse sand off your feet. It's wonderful to be able to both go to the beach and not bring the beach back to the apartment. There is also a very nice bakery/breakfast place a very short walk away.

Positive: A lovely apartment! Very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and for the beach. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, great for a small family. The balcony has a partial sea view and was a lovely spot to relax. It is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach and easy to explore many local attractions in a day trip. The hosts are welcoming, accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend!
