Positive: Our family had a wonderful time at Ocean View Villas! The spot is generous and well laid out, giving everyone room to relax and feel at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and peaceful — and my daughter felt right at ease from the start. The spot is great , with easy access to beaches and activities, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering fantastic suggestions on where to explore. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience, and they’re currently in the process of updating the villa, which is great to see. Even though the weather was hot, the fans kept the house cool and airy ,so we didn’t find the lack of AC on the lower level to be a problem. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were able to stay connected when we needed to.

Negative: If we had to mention one thing, it’s that some of the furnishings are a bit older — but honestly, that’s already being addressed by the owner, and it didn’t take away from how comfortable and enjoyable our stay was.

Summary: We’d definitely book again. A great stay and a great value

Positive: Location was excellent as the villa is at the end of the street which made the location to be quiet. We were a bit skeptical about booking the villa due to the reviews we had seen on line. However we had limited options for obtaining accommodation at other rentals and were really had to book the villa Once we entered the villa and looked around we were pleasantly surprised . We found it to be clean and fresh. The space is huge and was more than we needed. The location is private and is not too far from the beach. We found the property manager to be helpful and although our stay was short, she gave us some information which helped us to make the most of our stay in the island. Overall we felt comfortable . We are on our way to Guyana and will certainly book the villa on our way back home.

Negative: The villa should have Smart TV. However the property manager indicated that they were in the process of acquiring one so I will see if they keep their word on my return.

Positive: The location was good . Accommodation very roomy and generous in proportions. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

Negative: The bedrooms were a bit scant of comfort items. No bedside cabinets or bed side lamps. Bathroom did not have safety rails. The stair well was a bit dangerous for children and adults. Given my limited mobility issues it required safety hand rails as it was very steep. The accommodation could benefit from a lower level bedroom for disability and some hand rails at the entry steps.. The prices quoted could have been consistent. Host was very receptive of our suggestions for improvements..

Summary: Our stay was enjoyable and worth while. Would stay there if basic comforts were improved.

Negative: Everything was clean. Didn't know where to put garbage,no one told us,one bathroom seat need changing,it is disgusting. Should be changed for other customer
