Positive: Beautiful property, well maintained.

Negative: Very uptight in rules and regulations which normally wouldn’t have been an issue for my family, but even us being rule followers had multiple complaints and calls regarding minor things we unknowingly violated. The residents simply do not like the vacationers that stay there and tried to rain on our good time.

Summary: Nice but wouldn’t stay there again.

Positive: This condo is absolutely amazing. We loved how comfortable everything was. The “Chick-fil-a’ ice maker was a hit. The view was fantastic.

Negative: As soon as we got out of the elevator, the elderly gentleman next door was practically waiting for us to let us know about the “property rules” and how our kids shouldn’t be running or loud… it was quite rude. At the pool, kids can’t jump in or have any floats. Some of the elderly residence were not happy to have kids around. Also, the washing machine didn’t work so we left with a lot of laundry to do.

Summary: We loved our time in room 1401!

Negative: Getting in and out of the complex, Getting in and our of the bldg, we did not have a key to the side door. The fridge did not make ice, and the ice maker took over 12 hrs to make ice.
