Positive: Workers are all gentle & generous; always smile on their face . Animation staff is top . Foods are very delicious & u find many varieties; the chef of the kitchen is exceptional. Thanks to Mouna & Thekra in the reception; they are very helpful.

Positive: The pool, beach, and phenomenal breakfast with various choices were awesome.

Negative: The staff - receptionist at the check-in was terrible. We had an impression that he was not pleased with the price we got for this stay. He made us cancel the booking and make another reservation. It came out with the same price. Then he sent us to the far-away room with poor instructions about the room's location. We couldn't find the room so we had to return to the reception for new instructions and guidance. The whole impression about the receptionist was terrible, he made us wait for over an hour when it was already so late and we were all so tired.

Positive: Old hotel but still nice and clean. Wonderful water pressure in the shower and comfy beds. I also liked the balcony and that it is so close to the beach.

Negative: Check-in took like 1 hour... why? The beach area could be cleaner, but then again it was still off-season and this was probably the reason
