Summary: Unfortunately we were in a room facing the road and despite the hotel being in a side street off the main road, there was construction which woke us up at 8am and continued until about 7pm, appreciate the hotel cannot do anything about this but when we asked if we could change rooms the member of staff stated that the only option was a terrace room which would cost us more. This accompanied with the beds not being the comfiest meant we left not very rested. Would also recommend the hotel provided an umbrella for the rooftop pool. The hotel did have a nice touch of providing water on arrival and there was a help yourself to wine station. Although a nice hotel, feel like it misses the mark on a few areas.

Summary: I booked and paid for a 2 bed terrace room in February through Hotels.com. When I arrived I was given a king bed terrace room. When I asked to be moved to the room that I booked, but was told none were available. I was offered a 2 twin bed room without a terrace for an additional charge. I spent over 2 hours communicating with Hotels.com and the front desk staff before the issue was resolved and I was given a two twin bed room without an additional charge. Very frustrating!
