Summary: Perfect spot breakfast was simple but there when we wanted it. Coffee was great. Wonderful breakfast place right across the street and everything else is walking distance. Including the beach. Perfect for a family or a couple. We will be back.

Summary: We've been coming to Oqunquit for summer family vacations for 3 years. We've stayed at other place in town. We stayed at the Ogunquit Tides Resort for 4th of July weekend. It was a very nice place to stay especially during a busy holiday weekend. It's about a 1/2 mile walk east of town just next door to the Ogunquit Lobster Pound and short walk to Big Daddy's ice cream and the Omelette Factory. They have a nice large pool with plenty of space to hang out in the sun. Beach access does involve either cross the Ogunquit river at low tide or walking west to town or east to a foot bridge. The hotel desk has a tide table. Check the time of high tide when you cross the river. We got caught out on the way home. Not a bad walk back if you're okay carrying you beach chair and cooler. Another great thing about the resort. You can borrow a kayak! Just sign up early at the front desk. Lots of space for parking. The rooms appear to be recently renovated. This is a great place to stay for families! We really enjoyed out stay. We're planning to come back here for out next trip to Ogunquit!

Summary: I debated writing this only because the staff was extremely nice. That being said, they need to invest more in they're cleaning process. The floors were gross! My socks were black within minutes of walking on our room floor. My kids feet looked like they had just walked over charcoal. We ended up wearing shoes in the room most of the time. On top of that, our pull out couch was bent so badly it wouldn't hold any weight on the head rest area. Lucky for us, we just need it for our toddler. Again, the staff we encountered were wonderful, just kinda grossed us out with the cleanliness. Certainly an easy fix and this place would rate much better

Summary: Everything looked new and clean. Nice lookout to the water. Easy walk to restaurants on the north side of town.

Summary: Very very basic room with 2 beds, a pullout sofa, and kitchenette. Room was lacking in basic amenities - for example there was no soap to wash hands at the bathroom sink. Terrible dim LED lighting throughout. When all light were turned on, it revealed very dirty walls all over. Eerie, dim purple lighting in the bathroom, and lots of flies and spiders. Questionable if the bed sheets were clean - there was sand and debris in them. We were only there for one night and only to sleep and shower after the beach, so not worth complaining. Staff was friendly, quick beach access behind the property, a large pool, and basic continental breakfast are pros. I would think of it as a step above camping so if you’re going to stay there, bring everything you need and check to make sure beds linens are fresh.
