Summary: Beautiful house within biking distance to town. It was a great layout and felt very inviting. Beautiful views and quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. The house was extremely clean and plenty of towels and linens were provided.

Summary: The property was amazing! Fit all 8 of us perfectly. Location was great close to everything. Owners were great, check on us during our stay. Then checkout process was the easiest I’ve ever had renting a VRBO. We will be back for sure!

Summary: I wish I could leave a ten star review, that’s how amazing this place was! It was a beautiful experience with a warm and amazing home to spend are time in! The backyard and accompanying views made our day peaceful and joyous. The ice machine was out of this world and provided us with cold beverages throughout our stay! Plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors or lounge about. One of the best stays I have ever had. Close to town but I guarantee you will find it hard to leave this place!

Summary: My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend, and we were all blown away! Jami's house is stunning, inside and out. The views are to die for, the property is immaculate, and the location is perfect for exploring Palisade. Jami also helped my friends book many activities and restaurants for the weekend, which was so appreciated. We truly did not want to leave. Jami, we cannot thank you enough and will definitely book again!

Summary: We visited this home for our family Christmas vacation and it was amazing. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were super helpful with all our requests. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great. Walking distance to wineries and a reasonable drive to the Mesa for snowy adventures. We can’t wait to visit again!

Summary: Beautiful new home in a small quiet neighborhood. Our family of 5 - age range of 17 to 82 - enjoyed our stay! The home was very spacious providing our family plenty of options for togetherness or privacy. Attention to detail was apparent in all the amenities the homeowner provided. Jami was very quick to respond during the booking, answering any questions promptly. During our stay, she made sure we checked in smoothly and offered to be a phone call away had we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area! Highly recommended!
