3 Bedroom House in Palisade

Our guest house located on our 100-acre private ranch. The space is fresh and bright, providing a year-round, comfortable and relaxing environment. Stay, enjoy the company of friends and family, and unwind in a natural and tranquil setting. The sleeping options are flexible, with one fixed Queen bed, one King that can be split into Twin XLs, and a Twin or Queen option in the "Sunroom". There are two inviting bathrooms, including the master which has a spacious walk-in shower which is perfect for soothing tired muscles after an exhilarating day in the mountains. The open plan living area is equally well-suited to entertaining or to simply relaxing for a night in, and the kitchen facilities are equal to that of a typical family home. When not in use as a bedroom, the "Sunroom" is an ideal place to relax with a book or simply to enjoy the views of our special cottonwood tree, the birds and the deer that roam the fields leading down to the river. The Guest House has a patio area, with seating, dining table, a BBQ, and fantastic views. We also have a "rustic" indoor storage area for bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and any other toys you'd like to bring with you.
Guests at Palisade River Ranch have access to the trails across the main property, to the river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and screened gazebo down at the river. The riverfront and deck are great areas to enjoy a BBQ or campfire, to play games and to generally enjoy the serenity of our stretch of the Colorado. For those interested in floating the river, we have excellent put-in/take-out access. Guests can also explore our 45-acre riparian habitat, which is a great place to see an array of wildlife. (NB - The Visitors and Events Policy applies to all day/non-resident visitors and fees may apply. Access to some areas may be limited by seasonal restrictions, private parties or other events, and is subject to guests' agreement to a liability waiver).

Summary: We brought our family out for the weekend to meet up with our son who attends CMU (only a 20 minute drive). We had everything needed at the house to make great meals and relax. The property is beautiful! I’m not sure who had more fun, us or our dogs. Hope we can be regular visitors.

Summary: We loved the property and the home. SO beautiful and peaceful. As a fellow VRBO I was very impressed. Fresh eggs were awesome and the owners were so sweet. Home was beautiful! Only thing were the directions. The sign at the end of the road did not have the business name that was stated to be there and very confusing as to where to turn in. A little VBRO sign with an arrow would be really helpful Thanks - hope to see you again!

Summary: It was more of an excuse to go wine tasting. Cameron and Jen have a nice place there. The property was pretty well described. Our 5-year-old nephew got to go collect eggs each day for breakfast. We built a fire in the fire pit and made smores. We had no propane tank, but immediately after calling Cameron he brought one over and hooked it up.I think you would really enjoy the property.
