Summary: My friend and I stayed here. We each had our own rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions; however, it's on a quieter street, which is nice. I booked this hotel because I stayed at their sister property in Ohio about a year ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t like this hotel. It was disappointing, especially compared to my previous experience at the other property. We are Hotels.com Gold members, and as a result, got an upgraded room and were supposed to get a bottle of wine. They only gave us one bottle, not considering that we had two rooms. The “upgraded” rooms themselves were smallish and boring but very clean and comfortable. I needed to print a document, and the hotel refused to print anything over 15 pages. This hotel advertised as a 5-star hotel, so refusing to print more than a 50-page document felt strange. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Overall, this hotel is nice, but it’s not a 5-star hotel, perhaps a 3.5 or 4-star, but it’s not luxurious or worth the room rate.

Summary: Great location, beautiful rooftop pool, very clean rooms… everything else average. Do not come here and expect a 5 star experience. It’s a 4 star in a great location. Hotel not the best for travelling with a child - cot was not ready and was told they may not have one until next day, my husband was told he was not allowed to take breakfast up to me after the baby had been awake all night, and they were unable to arrange a taxi transfer with a baby seat despite them saying it was confirmed the day before.

Summary: Wonderful facility, staff, pool, location, views. I found the penthouse / Atico terrace suite a little small for 2 people and was underwhelmed by the breakfast but otherwise I couldn’t have been happier with the stay, value, and vibe at the property. I usually stay at casa fuster or a high end apartment in Bcn which I visit once or twice a year at least, this property will be on my shortlist from now on. I had them book a massage for me the day of my arrival since it would be a few hours before typical check in but they thoughtfully moved me into an available room at 1030 or 11am the day of my arrival which I quite appreciated after flying in overnight. A rare and authentic spirit of hospitality among the staff

Summary: We had a great day, breakfast was delicious, rooms are clean and and stuff was so helpful especially Olga, was so sweet and she cared us a lot while we stay. Location was calm and unique.
