The Smoko Room is attached to our semi-working woolshed. Ping pong table if the weather is not the greatest or just relax with a book.

Summary: A quiet peaceful getaway was needed and thats what we got at Okau station beach retreat. Away from the crowd, on a farm with a lovely beach and privacy. We were treated to wild deer at nighttime and a relaxing chilled time, thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Thank you.

Summary: Okau Station Smoko Room is perfect for a relaxing escape. Having the added bonus of a semi working woolshed, complete with a pool table and ping pong table, added a cool element for our teens.Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, the location is peaceful and private, ideal for those seeking a break from the crowds. The Smoko Room itself is cozy and full of personality. We loved it! And being able to bring our dog was fantastic—it made the stay even more special.If you peace and simple pleasures, this place is a gem!

Summary: We enjoyed the charm of the woolshed and stock yards, we’ve recently said goodbye to the dry stock industry of 20 years so it was a nice way to spend family time in familiar settings which made our visit special. It has everything you need, my 20 month old daughter had lots of fun. We all did. Feeling grounded, rested and ready for 2025. Such a cool way to spend Xmas. We’d like to thank our hosts for having us.
