Positive: Spacious room, clean. Very nice staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent..great variety and good quality. Dining room was very comfortable. Location was fairly close to the train station.

Negative: Location is in a busy, run down area of town. It is close to a nice night market within walking distance…but the pavements pavements are choked full of not nice looking street food stalls and parked motor bikes. Have to walk in the streets.

Positive: The hotel is new and its interior design is luxurious, room is spacious with nice bathroom layout, the bedding is comfortable, breakfast is good; the staff members from reception, housekeeping, to breakfast room are cheerful and polite, specifically Mr Max Chien at the front line is extremely caring and helpful thus made our stay most pleasant. All and all we will definitely choose OKU Hotel should we visit Taichung again.
