Newly built house with every conceivable comfort. Centrally located in Öland with municipal water & sewage. Main building & guest house at an angle (152 sqm + 28 sqm). 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms of which 2 are with double bed). Space available for air mattresses. The pool is constantly heated to 30 degrees. Walking distance to Sandstrand (approx. 1200 m) of a little more private nature and to Stora Rör with Café, restaurant etc.

Summary: The property is very well laid out and equipped with everything you might need. The owner is extremely helpful, always available and uncomplicated. The pool is small but a great addition to the property. The house is close to the delightful little harbour Stora Rör with restaurants, a bakery and a small beach. There are tennis and paddle courts close to the house and bicycles that belong to the property.

Summary: The property and location are beautiful. Inside the main house is very easy to use. There is a problem with the guest house. The shower room is not finished. Our guests in that room were very disappointed that the shower wasn’t finished.
