Positive: Highly recommend. Excellent location, short walk to the beautiful Laquillo public beach. Beach was beautiful soft sand, clean and not crowded and had shady areas too. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Small private patio out back. Cute local cafe La Famboyàn right around the corner for an excellent breakfast and cold beer. Stay here.
Negative: There is private secure parking lot, which is great but assigned spot is narrow- very minor issue
Summary: Perfect for our family of 4 adults.

Positive: Location was great for what we wanted to explore. It literally is a 2 minutes walk from beach. It was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Luis and his wife which showed us condo were so sweet and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations!

Positive: Amazing apartment, like a house. Great yard and overally furnished super well. The host was amazing, easy to contact and helpfull all the way. If I ever fo again I am surely staying at the same place.

Positive: The apt is excellent for staying with family and friends. Exactly like it is described. Clean, renovated with all utilities needed to stay for a week.
Negative: Unfortunately, there were always water issues in the shower at night. The water did not have much pressure and it was cold. I talked to the host, Luiz, who is very friendly and responsive. He came and checked out the shower but it looked like the problem was in the building. Hopefully the issue is now resolved and the next guests don’t have to deal with the same problem.
