Summary: Great property and staff Dirt roads around the property were difficult to navigate which was probably because we were at the end of the rainy season and it wasn’t under the control of the hotel A golf cart just didn’t work Need an atv or 4 wheel drive car and some Dramamine

Summary: We received a nice room upgrade, staff was friendly and helpful, the in-room coffee was excellent, laundry was convenient, breakfast and juices were tasty. There was some noise from neighborhood construction that was a bit annoying, which is not in the control of the hotel.
