Positive: The location is really good, in a quiet part of the town, very close to the center, 5 min walking to train station, good restaurants nearby. Bob and Giovanna, the owners of the property, are very sweet and lovely people, ready to help with the solution and good recommendations at any time. This is how we got to know good non-touristic restaurants and best operators for private boat tours! Definitely worth coming back!

Negative: No AC but it is hard to expect it to be installed in the building which is 200 years old

Summary: Our short-term stay (2 nights) was really lovely. Bob and Giovanna are excellent hosts!
