Negative: Door needs to be removed and planed down so it does stick evertime you leave or return to room. Super annoying. Buy a new shower head , the existing one sit precariously in the holder. Tighten the knob to turn on shower or replace. Buy new toilet holder. The thing fell apart first time I used it. Fix the drain in the sink. Drain was slooow. Took a day for internet to be fixed. Throw pillows out and replace with quality pillows. These were horrible and made for sore neck in the AM. If we were staying at a days inn this might be expected but we paid over $1000 for the 3 night stay and this is definitely not acceptable. We will probably go back to the wild set again next time . They are 5⭐️
