Positive: Our second stay with friends and a dog. We like to come in April-May for a long BHW to escape London. It is always a brilliant stay (even better now with the river room and deck finished). Great cottage and perfect for exploring local towns, villages and beaches, or for dog walking and dinners in. Beautiful location with all you need at the village shop (awesome) and pub (also good and very friendly) - both are a 10 second walk away. Lots of other lovely local pubs for dinner / lunch which are 5-10 min away by car. Would recommend to all for a relaxed weekend away. Can park nearby on the street easily. Perfect for nights in and days out.

Positive: Lovely cottage in a lovely little villiage. Cottage had everything needed, fab bathroom and comfy beds. Bonus of the decking area onto the river would be even better in good weather. Lovely places to walk to. Villiage had fantastic shop and pub serving beautiful food!

Positive: The cottage was fab! Just loved it!
Negative: You need to sort out your guest emails. They all said the same thing but did not give the key safe code! I had to call the owner. Also quite worrying as emails said that the booking was still being considered & not confirmed! Did have probs getting enough hot water for a bath even with the boost on.
Summary: Would book again in the summer to fully appreciate the river room & deck

Negative: The hot water system was slightly problematic at time and the spare bed had an incredibly soft mattress - both minor things though!
