Positive: Perfect location for our trip. Close to so much. Good size and layout. Nice, quaint feel to it.
Negative: So the bunk beds squeak like crazy. I even tried to tighten some screws, but could not get it to go away. One son ended up just sleeping on the ground to lessen the noise. Could not get the closet light to work in the main bedroom. A full length mirror would be nice somewhere. Wooden gate sagging a little, but did still work.
Summary: Great location and value for a stay near downtown Pensacola.

Positive: This was my second time staying here . Nice value and good location
Negative: Need some blankets in the house. There was just a light comforter on the bed and it got rather cold. Also the toilet was very slow to flush. We had assigned parking, but there were other cars in our parking spots. The neighbors came out twice and were not very understanding or nice to us about us the parking, We only had two cars.

Positive: Enjoyed the space very much. Love that games were offered and enough space for everyone to be comfortable at the table and bar area with out it being over whelming in the space. We will be back!
Negative: Sounds crazy, but more mirrors. 2 bathrooms were amazing, but maybe more areas with mirrors for girls to get ready. There were 5 of us to 2 bathrooms and it seemed getting ready for the day was the biggest challenge. Suggestion would be maybe to add a few large mirrors in the rooms and a full length mirror to ease getting the day started a little easier.
Summary: Comfortable and stylish. We really enjoyed the stay

Positive: The house was clean and spacious. It was nice to have laundry facilities and the "starter kit" (laundry and dish detergent). The location was good for us. Vacasa was responsive to our needs.
Negative: The door code did not work and it took several phone calls and new codes to enter the house. The front key is missing from the lock box. There are only 3 coffee cups. The beds/mattresses were not bad but not great.
Summary: Overall, we had a great time and a comfortable stay.

Negative: The entry code didn’t work.. All three they gave me. They offered to give me the code to the other door but when I opened that lock there was no key inside. Finally a member of the local staff called me and gave me a much longer code that worked.
