Summary: With my’n family a stayed for four days in this lovely appartement. The look and feel of the appartement was original and let us feel instantly at home. The owners even decorated the house with lots of Christmas things and lights (we went the days before Christmas). The house is cosy and with enough space at the same time. Also the kitchen is well designed with enough equipment. For just being “out side in the country” a perfect place!

Summary: This large apartment was very clean. The owners were attentive and friendly and spoke English. Nice patio out back. Although we did not cook or eat there, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items (pots & pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, etc.). Propane gas stove top. Bigger-than-average refrigerator for Germany, along with a freezer section. While this three bedroom apartment was a bit large (and expensive) for only two people, the physical location was ideal for our needs, and staying there worked out quite well for us.

Summary: With a group of cyclists we were the first to stay in this newly refurbished location. The owners are super-friendly and did more than their best to help us out, it was great meeting Guido and Claudia and any feedback we had for improvements was quickly taken care of or was already planned. The surrounding area is amazing for activities like cycling, hiking and touring around. There is plenty to see and do for active people but at the same time if you want to come to a peaceful and quiet surrounding this is also the place to be. We usually spent our evenings in the town of Bitburg which is close-by. The house itself is very charming and very comfortable after returning from a long day out. The space is large enough for groups up to 10 people or even more. We can really recommend this place!
