Positive: I had the best stay! Phil was a kind and generous host. The beds were extremely comfortable, our room had a fireplace, bathtubs, and robes. Each morning, Phil personally greeted us with a warm breakfast and coffee served right to our room. Such special treatment! The location also could not have been more perfect being a block away from the main street. I would absolutely recommend and would love to return!

Negative: Everything was great. There was a little confusion on the last day. Another couple left early for a family emergency and thought the breakfast that had been left out for us to take was for them. They mistakenly took our breakfast on their way out. It was not a huge problem as we were stopping for lunch early anyway. It was just confusing with the way the breakfast was left out and not knowing who it really belonged to.
Summary: Beautiful historic location and very close to center of town.

Positive: the location was perfect and the owner was very attentive and staff were great.
Negative: the room itself. The bed was very uncomfortable as well as the chairs provided. the furniture was modern but the Inn was very old, which would have been nice to have matched. The bed was inches off the floor and no comfortable place to sit. Breakfast was good and creatively served.
