Summary: Had the continental breakfast was the usual stuff . Pastries and fruit were fresh and the usual toast , cereal and yoghurt. The staff are really friendly . The rooms are clean but i found the bed really uncomfortable.

Summary: Excellent helpful staff and good room. Continental breakfast very good. No meat but plenty of cereals, fruit, pasties and toast and jams. Certainly recommend.

Summary: The first too we were allocated was dreadful. We didn’t realise how it bad it was upon arrival as we just dumped our bags then went out to meet family not returning until after midnight when realised how dirty the room was and the dreadful state of the mattresses one of which had blood stains on. There was nobody on the desk so we packed ready to vacate the next morning. My teenage daughter was distraught but we had to make the best of it and use the spare duvet to make her as comfortable as we could whereas I didn’t sleep a wink. I was downstairs at 7:30 am and spoke to the day staff a lovely chap who was most apologetic and showed me the room next door to ours which was perfectly acceptable who could not explain why we were out in 316 where I would not expect my dog to stay when room 317 was a clean room with decent beds?
