Summary: I fell in love with this cottage from the pictures in the listing, and it did not disappoint! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The landscaping and outdoor decor were just as charming as the inside. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful Maine coast, the lighthouse and museum, area restaurants, and shopping in the quaint nearby towns. Janet was a fantastic host....always quick to communicate and give recommendations for places to visit. She left us a gift of Maine maple syrup and a sweet note upon our arrival. My daughter-in-law and I really enjoyed our stay, and we plan to return soon!

Summary: A nice small cottage, that's perfect for 1-2 people. It's a great location for exploring the Pemaquid peninsula. The cottage was clean and the description and picture showed exactly what you were getting. It is located on the main road down to the lighthouse and was busy on the weekend but only during daylight hours, but I was expecting that. I enjoyed my stay there and would take it again if I wanted to stay in Pemaquid.
