Positive: Very comfortable and well equipped place. Supermarkets and bakeries are nearby and the drive into downtown Heraklion is about 15 minutes, traffic depending. There was daily cleaning and a welcome bottle of wine and local spirit, all very friendly.

Negative: The (mandatory?) emergency lighting makes for a never really dark room. The neighbor's dogs incessantly barking can get annoying and the lady at the nearby primary school shouting over a PA system during preschool hour does not allow a peaceful breakfast. These are of course all things beyond the control of Oleas Suite's proprietor.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautifully furnished and very clean, with a comfortable bed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing, and the whole place is very quiet and peaceful – ideal for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

Positive: Every single detail of the house: from the decoration to warmth, cosiness and calm to switch off from reality We had all the amenities to feel home: well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a lovely terrace with the most comfortable sunbeds to enjoy the sun out. Breakfast was delivered upon request and had pretty good quality and variety to start your day with.
