Positive: We had an absolutely incredible experience at this villa. Elena was an excellent host and so helpful and warm and was around whenever we needed something. The facilities are beautiful—extremely clean and well designed and with an insane view and beautiful pool. I highly recommend! I would love to come back

Positive: We loved our stay in the Olithos Villas a lot…we had booked the 1 bedroom apartment at pool level and it was simply amazing and beautiful. The „desert garden plants“ along the fresh herbs created this lovely nature smell! The view over the infinity pool and the sea is just spectacular and the sunset amazing! We will definitely come back and look forward to be hosted by Elena again. She is „the perfect host“. We got fresh bread in the morning and she picked fresh tomatoes in the garden for us. We have enjoyed the quiet environment and shared pool a lot. Suppose we were lucky that no family with kidz booked the larger rooms during our stay🙏😉We had the pool mostly for ourselves 😊 Loved all about our villa and the stay. Thank you Elena & Ioanna❤️☀️🇬🇷

Positive: What didn’t we like. This property is wonderful. It’s well placed with fabulous views and very well thought out. You’ll be met by a fabulous human being called Elena who couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. She’s the benchmark of hospitality. The ladies that work along side her are just lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. The villa is well equipped with an additional outside kitchen which we used if we were around the pool during the day. The loungers etc are clean and very comfortable and the pool is delightful. The parking is good so we hired a car and we made the most of the fantastic restaurants around the island and Anti Paros. In all a truly wonderful place
Negative: We struggled to find it from the bottom road but Elena came to meet us. Perhaps an additional sign from the lower road

Positive: Elena greeted us upon arrival and was so friendly. She explained the villa to us, set up food and water in our fridge and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place itself was beautiful and clean also - would highly recommend.

Negative: You do need a car to get around though close to Páros and Parikia.

Positive: An amazing complex, perfection to every detail in the villas. Rooms are spacious equipped with all needs and very comfortable beds and very clean sheets. Tried to find a simple fault but couldn’t. The host Elena is the cherry on the icing, super friendly and provided more than what we desire, helped in ways you can’t hope to get from a 5 stars hotel. Two of the three villas had very big living area that accommodates up to 10 guests and many setting areas around the villas and the pool. The pool was amazing with a bar, a fridge and a grill. This complex wins as the best accommodation I have ever booked and would not even look for another when coming to Paros. Simply perfection

Positive: Beautiful brand new villa complex, in a quiet hill overlooking to the sea and just a few minutes from the Parikia port by car. The villa is very well designed with lots of details, very comfortable, fully equipped. Wonderful view and sunset. The infinity pool is amazing. We had the cleaning lady every day. Elena was so kind and friendly.

Positive: In my sixty years of making vacation reservations, this ranks #1 from both the facility and customer service considerations. My high expectations based on the Booking.com description were exceeded. Olithos Villas was less than one year old during our stay in May 2024. Everything about the construction indicates quality. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, and there is a large, well-equipped kitchen. There are spacious outdoor dining and pool areas with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and Aegean Sea. It’s only a short drive to Parikia and the port. Customer service was outstanding! Ioanna quickly responded to each of my emails, even one that was sent on a Sunday. When we couldn’t find a 6-passenger, automatic van to rent online, Ioanna found one for us through the local Hertz agency. After our arrival in Paros and when Elena saw us driving up the winding road from the port late on Sunday evening, she made the extra effort to walk to the villa entrance to ensure we didn’t miss the turnoff. Elena had bread, ham, cheese, and other food items waiting for us when we arrived; this was greatly appreciated as we had not eaten since our arrival in Athens at 10:00. There was daily housekeeping to make up the beds and provide clean towels. I highly recommend Olithos Villas for anyone looking for a place to stay on Paros. It’s an outstanding value!
