This new and modern family villa is located in the small village of Roda just minutes from Roda golf resort and the town of Los Alcazares. The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with chill out sofas, sun beds, table and chairs for outside dining as well as the hot tub and sun shade. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with patio doors leading onto the rear patio area. There is a large lounge with sofa-bed, chairs and a large flat screen TV leading onto the front patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan so you can cook and entertain at the same time. At the front of the house you have the pool area where you can sit and relax.
Roda golf course is just 5 minutes drive and is just one of 22 courses in the Murcia region all within a drive away. Roda is a small village just outside Los Alcazares with a great family feel and has a few restaurants and bars to enjoy an evening meal or lunchtime tapas.
Just 5 minutes away you will find Los Alcazares which hosts restaurants from every nation including, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, French, English to name but a few. Los Alcazares has a large open market on a Tuesday and another in the neighbouring town of Los Narejos on Saturday. Los Alcazares is also the place to do your food shopping with many supermarkets on hand as well as medical centres.
Los Alcazares and Los Narejos have great beaches with water sport activities like kite surfing, windsurfing, jet ski and sailing. The area also has great sports facilities including tennis, padel, volleyball and fitness centres.

Summary: Very disappointed paid €60 for 3 days hot tub but hot tub was on sleep mode and wouldn’t get very hot told agent’s several times and after sending several photos at there request I still haven’t received any money back it’s a real shame the property was really nice

Summary: Great modern villa in a nice area, close to golf course and within a couple of miles from lots of restaurants. Would recommend it to be a relaxing family or golfing holiday.

Summary: Fantastic modern villa, wonderful outdoor space, perfect for couples or small groups. Our only recommendations would be to have easier access in and out of hot tub, better glass ware for sipping champagne on the beautiful roof terrace and I must point out that their are security cameras everywhere outside, although told they were switched off?!

Summary: Had a 6 night stay at this immaculate villa in Roda. The villa is new and just our style, they were able to accommodate early check in and late check out which was very much appreciated. I realize not possible normally. All you need is in this villa, would prefer the hot tub to be included in the price. Especially when it’s not warm enough to use the pool. Brilliant stay, will be back.
