Positive: Mr Sergei was very welcoming, kind and explained everything about the house and nearby nice beach and views. Cleanliness was very good, sauna, hot tub and swimming pool were a very nice addition to this lovely house located at the outskirts of Akamas nature reserve, and even at begging of January the swimming pool was fully operational and clean (very nice to jump in after spending sometime in the sauna). Location is excellent for relaxation, with less noice and light pollution, very small distance from the sea with breathtaking views of the sunset and nearby landscapes. Well equipped house and nice outdoor areas with trees and grass (of course you cannot miss the 500+ year old olive tree and the fully equipped barbecue area). This property left us with a home like feeling and we enjoyed our stay (with our 2 kids and our dog). Highly recommended and we will most definitely like to rebook at some point.

Positive: The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect addition in November. Barbecue zone under olive tree is fantastic. The host is very polite and willing to help in any situation. It was clean inside the house, much better than our previous experience in other private apartments.
