Positive: The house is very nice with modern bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with comfortable furnitures. There is a comfortable bedsofa in the downstairs livingroom. The outdoor are is fantastic with a lounge area and a dining area, plenty of space around the pool. Very nice.
Negative: Please note that the 3rd bedroom is located in the basement and the entrance is not connected to the rest of the house. It’s a separate studio. Unfortunately very damp and the ventilation system is loud so it’s difficult to sleep there. Beautiful bathroom available there as well.
Summary: Beautiful house and amazing outdoor space.

Positive: The house had a perfect location it was very clean and had everything that would be needed in the kitchen, towels, bedding, etc. The pool is quite big and clean.
Negative: The description of the villa is misleading as there is no reference to the fact that one of the rooms is in the basement (no windows) with access only from the outside of the house. This was not convenient given that some of the children would be sleeping upstairs in the house. We had an issue with the bathroom in the basement as it was flooding and apparently, there was a plug that should have been turned on as it was for the waterpumb. We were not aware of this, of course, and the owner came to the villa and blamed us that it was our fault for turning off the plug and was upset because he had to call a plumb guy. Although he was very helpfull and polite during the first couple of days, his behavior about this was unacceptable.

Positive: Very good location and was quiet and peaceful. The pool was excellent and assisted in keeping us cool. Plenty of space for parking, lots of equipment in the villa and the aircon was excellent 👍 Beds were super comfy and we slept well during our stay.
Negative: Little bit too far from places to eat, but we enjoyed our walks into Pernera on an evening.
Summary: Great weekend getaway.
