Summary: Very clean apartment with full cooking facilities. Supermarket next door and transit minutes away. Excellent communication from Team Oliver.

Summary: Great little apartment, we loved it! Got entry instructions the evening before we arrived which was greatly appreciated as I wouldn't have had internet connection until we got to the accommodation. Self check in was straightforward. The building and apartment was spotless. Our apartment was on the front, no noise pollution at all, wonderful! Really good layout and well finished throughout. Well stocked crockery, kitchenware etc. Full fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing up liquid and sponge. Shower gel and hand wash in bathroom. A real cosy home from home. Supermarket opposite and others close. Transport was all around. A walk into the city centre but doable if you like a walk. We really loved our stay there, would highly recommend.

Summary: The apartment was clean and modern. Check in was easy just a little timely. In communication with the property beofew our trip I asked about early check in if our room was ready and was told it wouldnt be a problem and we could store bags if it wasnt ready. Good thing someone told us we would be charged for early check in if we checked in before 2:30pm. We chose to store out bags in the basement locker to avoid the fee. I'm not sure how you would get access to the locker without checking in to open the electronic door though. Someone just happened to be there so they opened it for us. Location was about 8-15 walk to the station or main Mariahilfer area which we didnt mind. We only had one issue where towels were not replaced after cleaning and we had no way to communicate with the property. They do have an app but it is not managed after 6pm. There is an emergency number but as Canadians we were traveling with data only and no direct number so we couldn't use the emergency number so no towels until the nect day. Would stay again and hope that no emergency occured.

Summary: Close to public transport and the city center. The room was modern, clean and practical with a big bathroom. There is a grocery store just crossing the street which is very convenient. The place was great, I loved my stay here.
