Positive: We are home now after a 3 night stay at this lovely gem of a B&B. The location is really beautiful and very peaceful and easy to get too. It was just what we needed. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, we had the best nights sleep in a very long time. The room had a massive terraced balcony that we sat out on in the evenings, just chilling with a glass of wine 😊 Laura was an amazing host and very welcoming. She laid on a lovely breakfast every morning, with a selection of pastries/muffins and cakes as well as toast items, fruits, meats and cheeses and also cooked up bacon and scrambled eggs if you wished to have them. She helped us with the translation to book in for a winery tour that we saw and assisted us with information on trains etc...for getting to Florence. We would happily book back here for a nice peaceful break away next time we are in the area.

Positive: The host Laura was very friendly. She greeted us outside of the property after which she proceeded to show us around the house and the area. The house is located on a hill, from which you can see a beautiful panoramic view of the town Cantagrillo. It is also surrounded by greenery, with many plants looked after by the host herself. The rooms were very well looked after, there was a pleasant smell around the house and not a speck of dust was seen. The breakfast offered a selection of meats, cheeses, breads, juices. There was also an option of scrambled eggs with bacon. There was a sweet side of the breakfast also with an offered selection of pies, jams, biscuits and pastries. A very secure location with electric gates, making us have no worries about any unwanted entrance to the property or access to our car. The host was very friendly and helpful, and even gave us recommendations on what places to visit and where we can go. A homey feeling.

Positive: The place is great and cozy, it is located in a beautiful hillside, our host Laura was awesome, she is the best: nice, caring and also flexible. The breakfast is great and inclusive, we are also offered to have Italian coffee, scrambled or fried eggs freshly made by Laura, the room is comfortable and well equipped. Our stay was outstanding value for price.

Negative: The place is located in the hillside, which gives its value, but the roads outside the city to get there are in very bad condition, there are some quite big and deep potholes, you have to watch out. We used our own car, which is an average Toyota auris, but its bottom was hit at the gate, when we entered or left the place, so we had to be super cautious every time. The toilette seating was a bit worn out, the lamp was blinking in the bathroom and the Wi-Fi had an extender, but it wasn't installed properly, so the signal was super strong, but we couldn't access the internet (connected, no internet). These were only minor inconveniences, which we experienced mainly in the evenings, but we had such great sleeps, awesome breakfast, and outstandingly nice attitude from Laura, that every morning when she asked how our night was and whether everything was okay with the room, I felt so well, I always forgotten to mention these, otherwise I'm sure she would have solved these.

Positive: Perfect place to stay in Tuscany. Host Ms. Laura was kind and helpful. Great localization near Cantagrillo made trips to other parts of the county easy.

Negative: Only thing i have in mind is that jacuzzi was a little dirty

Positive: Authentic Tuscan house surrounded by olive trees and nature. Very peaceful with beautiful views. Everything about this place in gorgeous as well as our hostess Laura. Words are not enough, one simply must experience it. Feels far away from the bustling city streets and yet it is very close to the city of Pistoa and motorways that take you all around Tuscany.
