Positive: Excellent restaurant and, above all, excellent massage service! After a full day spent in the big Tsingy reserve, there's nothing better than a massage with Soa. One of the best massages I've ever had!!!!

Positive: This place, considered the best in Tsingy, feels more like a lodge than a hotel. It claims to have hot water, but during our two-night stay, it never did. The electricity goes out intermittently, and there's no refrigerator or air conditioning. The fan is broken and wobbly. Of course, there's no Wi-Fi in the room. The room was larger than expected, and although I brought cockroach repellent, I didn't see any. Due to the sheer number of mosquitoes, I kept using the mosquito coils I brought. The hotel staff were almost indifferent to guests, and don't expect any hotel food. Travelers who have sacrificed 127 kilometers from Morondava and over 10 hours of winding road to climb Tsingy will likely be able to overcome the inconveniences of this hotel. Blessings to all travelers visiting Tsingy! In my experience of traveling to nearly 100 countries, this is one of the worst hotels. However, the good news is that it's very close to the Tsingy ticket office. I hope this place will one day become a warm and welcoming hotel that provides the best rest for travelers visiting Tsingy.

Positive: There aren't many options in Tsingy, but we think this is best one regarding value for money. There are some classic problems for this part of Madagascar: electricity is not available whole day, wifi is really slow and at most times not usuable, breakfast is really subpar and not worth 8 euros per person for what you get, dinner options were better. We had a nice relaxing afternoons at pool area after visiting Tsingy, staff is welcoming and helpful, but in general I was expecting a more of this place for such price.

Positive: Marissa, our contact person since we have done the booking was absolutely amazing! She gave us all the necessary instructions, she helped us book a driver there and she has been always a step ahead of our planning and organisation of our trip to Tsingy! Excellent job. The property it self was very chill and with a nice vibe and atmosphere. The location was great for visiting Tsingy. The restaurant was also pretty good. The staff working there were very pleasant, always smiling and eager to help!

Negative: We were expecting some free toiletries as described on the booking. Instead we only got a soap. No shampoo was available to buy, it would have been nice to have the option to buy even if it was not included. There was no daily cleaning service of the rooms as it was mentioned which it was fine because we only stayed two days, just saying that it was advertised differently. We also have booked a room with a pool view as per the booking, instead we got a different one. When we asked the reception said that they have already given this room to some other costumers who have arrived earlier than us.

Summary: Cool vibes, staff energy and service was great.

Positive: Really friendly staff, nice pool, rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had hot water most of the time.

Negative: Even though they have a snack bar there were no snacks available during the daytime and it's a bit of a walk to the town. Note on booking.com it states that you will need to pay in EUR but they don't accept EUR, only Ariary so just make sure you have local currency with you.

Positive: Stayed at Olympe de Bemaraha in Bekopaka – great location and lovely staff! The team was super helpful and kind throughout our stay. The food was decent, and the property is perfectly located for visiting the Tsingy. Just a heads-up: there’s only cold running water (no hot water), and electricity is available only during certain hours of the day, which is expected in such a remote area. Still, a comfortable and friendly base for exploring the region.

Positive: Ok value for money. There are not so many other choices in the area.

Negative: The food was a bit overpriced and tasteless. The bathroom had frogs in it. Sometimes in the toilet bowl or behind the sink. We removed them but they just came back. When I told the staff about it they didn’t seem to think that that was a problem. Wifi was very slow. Swimming pool was cold.

Negative: They didn't gave a room for our drivers, the only hotel so fare in 20 days around madagascar. Breakfast was poor, I've asked for a fruit based breakfast and they gave me 4 mini bananas at full price.
