Positive: We had a absolutely great stay in the house of Asa and Chill. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony very cool, the bathroom with the shower is also a highlight and all was super clean. There is an open yoga room on the top floor with an indescribable view and ideal for yoga or meditation. The pool is perfect and Asa and Chill are extremely friendly, helpful and very nice people and great hosts. The breakfast was very generous and we felt spoiled. Thanks again,we will come back for sure!

Positive: We would return to this place 1000 times if we could. I can't find the proper words to describe the feeling of OMA. ร…sa and Chilli are the best hosts ever and they'll make you immediately feel at home. Everything about that house - the garden, the pool, the balcony, the outside shower, the rooftop and every detail in each space was designed and thought with so much love and care. You can feel the vibrance of the place and you will feel like you belong to it. The breakfast was different in the three days, but always delicious, nutritious, healthy and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable and the accommodation was super clean. The pool beds are very cool and comfy and they gave us pool towels as well! The surroundings of the house are beautiful and it is located in a very quiet area of Hikkaduwa. Nevertheless, you can easily walk to the beach (or call upon a short tuktuk ride). We would 200% recommend this place to anybody going to Hikkaduwa - and trust us when we say you should spend more than a night there - because you'll definitely want to spend some time just chilling on those cool (and cosy) spaces.

OMA stole our hearts from the very beginning, a beautiful new property with an ideal location for us away from noise and crowds, surrounded by beautiful nature, and at the same time a very pleasant distance to a beautiful wide and long beach๐Ÿ„๐ŸŒŠ (morning and evening walks were pure pleasure for us). At OMA we felt at home from the very beginning ๐Ÿก, and this is thanks to the incredible hospitality of the hosts, who welcomed us so warmly, like best friends โค๏ธ I would like to emphasize that we made a reservation at the last minute and despite the fact that we arrived very early, we were immediately invited to make ourselves comfortable and relax after the journey (at that time a beautiful room with an outdoor shower was prepared for us, which was my dream), and in addition the hosts prepared an amazing surprise for us and treated us to coffee and delicious freshly made fruit juice, something amazing ๐Ÿนโ˜• and in addition we had cold drinking water available, which we could use at will โค๏ธ This is a beautiful place, thought out in every detail, and the owners' story about the path they took to create it is breathtaking and at the same time moving and inspiring. For us, this place gives us so many possibilities - it is made for practicing yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ on the roof at sunrise with a beautiful view of the jungle, after which you can enjoy a delicious, healthy and nutritious breakfast (the portions are huge, something different is served every day, with fresh ingredients, believe me, the hosts will surprise the most demanding palates - this is not a standard breakfast, but made with love and incredible imagination, the flavors are inimitable ๐Ÿฅ‡ we were so full after it that we did not need lunch ๐Ÿฅฐ I spent a lot of time on the roof reading a book ๐Ÿ“– and listening to the birds singing and the ocean waves coming in. Without a doubt, this was the most beautiful and immaculately clean hotel we stayed at during our entire trip! The hotelโ€™s build quality is exceptional, and the stunning views paired with the unique outdoor bathroom created a truly special experience. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with hot water, air conditioning, and spacious balconies for ultimate comfort. OMA Hikkaduwa is a true hidden gem, located just 1 kilometer from Narigama Beach and within reach of great restaurants, yet still offering a serene escape where nature is right at your doorstep. The hosts, ร…sa and Chili, are incredibly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel completely at home. Positive: The rooms are beautiful, comfy & gives you the feeling of being in the wild but having the accomodities you need for the best relaxing. Especially the bathrooms are astonishing, spacious and modern, but also when you are taking a shower its like you are in the jungle. Lovely Balcony with a great view. Swimming pool to cool of in. Rooftop that is perfect for a yoga session or just to chill. The service was the best, you would get help with anything you needed and they really made you feel at home when coming to Oma. Also i was invited to taste the local food that Chilliยดs mom was cooking which was some of the best i had in Sri Lanka and they are all so sweet. Its location is really the best if you want nature around you and get a break from the music playing at the beach. Its a 10 min walk to the beach and a nice walk to get there. I really recommend Oma if you need a place in Hikkaduwa.
