Welcome to our Omaha beach escape, a 3-bedroom beach house only 1 hour from Auckland’s CDB. Omaha has a beautiful white sandy beach.
This stylishly furnished home has recently been completely refurbished with quality and comfort in mind. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, the second bedroom a queen bed and the third bedroom two king single beds. The main bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity and a seperate toilet.
The living areas are open plan, merging onto large private decks wrapping around 2 sides catching all day sun with stunning views overlooking the 3rd tee of the Omaha Golf Course and Whangateau Inlet.
There is a outside fireplace with covered deck.
It’s an easy 5 minutes stroll to cafe, superette and surf club. A safe walk for kids - they do not cross any roads to reach the beach.
There’s plenty of room to park your boat on the property and only a 1-minute drive to a very user friendly all tide concrete boat ramp.
The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect, including a double draw dishwasher, coffee maker and all the usual attributes. You’ll find the 4-burner hooded BBQ freshly cleaned and ready for use.
Relax on the outdoor furniture; enjoy your breakfast sitting in the morning sun on the deck leading from the dining/kitchen areas. Watch the sun go down with a glass of wine from one of the excellent local wineries on the deck leading from the lounge.
You'll find books, magazines, family games, bikes and boogie boards to keep you entertained. A stereo/CD/DVD player.
You cannot help but enjoy all the delights that Omaha has to offer. There is a wide range of activities available in the local area including: Walking tracks, boat ramp, sandy beach, safe harbour, free tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, near to Tawharanui Regional Park, the famous Morris and James Pottery Tileworks, vineyards, cafes, Goat Island Marine Reserve, Leigh, Pakiri Beach and Horse riding.
Special conditions:
