Positive: A lovely modern house with plenty of room and space for everyone! The gas fireplace was perfect for winter and the location was amazing with just a short stroll to the beach.
Negative: The guide might need some updates as there was no ATM at the superette and instructions for leaving the keys when checking out was not clear.

Positive: Location, and mostly everything you would require for our stay was there in the villa.
Negative: There were several lights not working in the property, one of which was in the small bathroom with no spares that I could find in the house or garage. Finally forced to swap one for another from the bunk bed room. I think the photographs on the site are a little decptive in regards of the size of the back garden. It is very small and that is not conveyed from the images. The outside dining area though was very good. Also the villa is close to the beach, but again I think the descriptions convey this to be even closer.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay,but could have been improved with attention to just some little things.

Positive: Location was great, and the house was spacious. Very quiet area and nice hearing the waves crashing at night time.
Negative: With very hot weather, it would have been nice if the ceiling fans worked. Contact with Bachcare didn't get problem sorted.
