Negative: Key pick up and huge parking cost $60 mirror and lighting in bathroom very poor for putting on makeup Nil Complimentary milk

Positive: There are many lovely communal areas and this a massive hotel complex with beautiful gardens and views to the river and hinterland.

Negative: Parking was 120 dollars for 2 days and could not be organized by the people managing this property. Checking in was a hussle as you can’t get the keys from the hotel reception you have to drive to a convenience store elsewhere to pick up the keys. Finding the unit was another hussle as no maps where provided and we didn’t know which part of the carpark gave access to our particular building. This is huge complex and hard to navigate. Also it’s not on the beach as it appears in some photos it’s quite far away to walk to the beach with little kids and you have to cross a massive intersection. It would be a good stay for someone going to the cassino but for a family stay I wouldn’t recommend at all. The lift was also not great and took forever. This is a self contained accommodation with no trimmings, the towels were all mixed colors, half used shampoo and body wash containers, stained carpets. Not what I expected for the premium price I paid.

Summary: Only book if you’re going to the cassino.
