Summary: great hotel but strong odor of bug spray one day. Probably an issue at every hotel in NYC. Service was exceptional and very friendly helpful concierge. Lenny, doorman, put a smile on everyone’s face. Location is perfect, will gladly stay there again.

Summary: The hotel was great and a perfect location but the Tikki Bar needs some work. It could be SOOO great but need to remove the leather corporate chairs, add more tropical drinks to the menu (like mojitos), and not have last call so early.

Summary: Room was ready for check-in at time requested; very cordial welcome, both at front desk and welcome amenities in room. Terrace King room was clean and in good order, but the terrace was bleak (weeds and no flowers in planter; uncomfortable, dirty outdoor seating with no cushions). Coffee service to the room was timely both mornings. Tiki-themed hotel bar was odd and tacky (out of sync with the usual upscale Omni vibe), and sports bar type menu options were unappealing, but service was good. Desk and entrance door service were outstanding as always.
