Summary: Very comfortable. Nice central location. Only minor con is no free breakfast or parking. But this is a downtown hotel which is par for the course.

Summary: Nice comfortable rooms, but few mishaps. The toilet handle would not return to reset. Had to manually return handle to reset after each flush. On drawer on bureau would slide outward on its own and not stay in shut position. Made that drawer unusable. This could have been easily identified by room service and flagged for repairs prior or during our stay. I was told housekeeping done daily. However, I had to go down to lobby late in afternoon and request housekeeping (no one would answer when I dialed operator on room phone. When housekeeping tended to our room, we realized only one of two bathroom towels in bathroom. I needed to contact front desk for additional towel.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the property with the bars, pool and wonderfully restaurants. The staff was amazing. The view from the room was amazing. The room service was expectional.

Summary: The stay was good. The Omni is a good hotel with good location and restaurants on site. It could be be great. The beds are old and stiff and they charge for Wi-Fi.

Summary: We’ve stayed in five-star hotels and Omni clearly is not a 5-star, regarding room comfort and amenities. Our room had no “wow” factor. It was a stripped down model of other five-star hotels. Everything came with a hefty price tag with nothing to show for it. Omni chain had forgotten their customer is looking for a memorable experience. The window dressing is where it starts and stops. This was not IT 1. Every little bit matters. No separate glasses in the bathroom than what you were to drink your iced beverages from. Omni expects you to do your own dishes apparently. It’s not that hard to add two glasses to the bathroom. Bathroom lacks in amenities except for cheap items. 1 bar of soap, really? 2. There’s nothing that sets Omni apart. A $20 margarita in a 8oz. short tumbler. Tore up pool-table, warped pool cues. Broken shuffle board equipment. 3. a/c unit snored louder than a fat man during an Alabama summer. 4. Food at poolside shut down way too early. There was no enforcement of the ghetto blasting personal sound equipment 5. No one cleaned the poolside of empty bottles, cups and piles of soaking towels on deck chairs. 6. There should’ve been a comp for our dinner reservations being cancelled by the hotel, such as not charging us the exorbitant amount for parking. We’ve always had free parking and we’re happy to tip for valet. 7. What hotel charges for WiFi?! The definition of Omni is “all” and “everywhere but this was not.

Summary: A great experience. Pool was packed often not the hotels fault. Gym was clean. Had an issue with the WiFi but I really didn’t need it so I didn’t press the issue. Overall excellent.
