Positive: Location is beautiful. We made our own breakfast. Don’t know what your referring to?
Negative: Well, there were wasp nest and cob webs outside everywhere. The sheets were dirty and we had to wash them at 11:30 at nite. Dirty gross pots and pans. Had to ask for dish soap. None ( not dishwasher soap). Blinds did not work in master. The washing machine doesn’t dispense detergent. Back porch dirty and debri (small ) all over cushions in back. Hard time locking front door. Should be more explainable. Windows filthy and finger prints all over fridge and dining table.Fan upstairs not working properly and in bedroom downstairs beyond kitchen was leaking from shower above.No kayaks when on line under amenities shows there were kayaks.2 broken windows! We paid almost $7,500 to rent this for 5 days. It was unsatisfactory for sure. They took 31/2 hours to clean a 4000 sq. ft. House. I used to clean with my mother years ago and u need at least 6 hours or more to clean it properly depending how many people are doing the cleaning. That’s like $1500 a nite what a rip off. One more thing , 1 of the boards outside the fin was broken we noticed but they don’t give you a heads up on anything. We walked in and found all these things. The management company needs to be a little more assisting and a little more friendly. Shelby sends me a text saying if you need anything just contact me and each time it seemed like a major operation. Would never rent this property again. The management company needs something to be desired. The house & location beautiful.
