3 Bedroom Cabin in Lake Hatcher Park, Pagosa Springs

There is nothing better than renting a home on Lake Hatcher. Perfect for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing in the hot tub and watching the fish rise while enjoying the views of the beautiful San Juan Mountains in the distance. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, everyone is sure to have fun!
This home has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor that share a full bath with the rest of the living area downstairs. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of room for the gang to relax and watch a movie on TV, or enjoy a book. This room joins the dining area and has full height 2 story windows that showcase our local mountains. The fully stocked kitchen is just off the dining area.
Upstairs is the king master bedroom with full, private closet.
The back deck is perfect for grilling, relaxing in the shade on a hot summer afternoon. In the winter, just walk on the ice and try some ice fishing! The hot tub is located on the back deck.
Have a great round of ping pong with an added ping pong table in the garage!
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

My kids loved that the rooms were themed, perfect amount of space for our family of 4. We loved that the house was tucked in away from town. But not a far drive from down town/ resort/ waterfalls. Summary: I dont have a complaint about this place. Its nice, clean, perfect location all good things about it. Lake was perfect right behing the house with hot tub in back deck lookin to the lake. We fished the lake, missed a few fish but none landed, quiet at night and moon was full both nights and had great views. House was very clean and organized i would/am gonna rent this place again im pleased with it.. thanks for the great stay..

Summary: The property is spacious and a rustic mountain theme. Location is stunning right on Hatcher Lake, which was frozen and walkable during our stay in winter. Nice gas fireplace and the hot tub is fabulous. Plenty of room for a larger group. VIP service provides plenty of towels and was responsive to our inquiries.

We rented kayaks and enjoyed fishing. We were very successful at catching fish. It was a fantastic family vacation for my husband and I with our three adult kids..

Summary: The home was perfect for our party of four. Kayaking on beautiful Lake Hatcher was a delight with not a ripple to be found. We did notice that the cleaning crew missed quite a few crumbs under the living room sofa and chair. Other than that, the bathrooms, kitchen and rest of home were very clean.
