No cleaning fees. Complete privacy. A shared home with 2 private separate living spaces and 2 private entrances. Owner lives in apartment below with owner private entrance on the backside of home. Located on the Spencer Municipal Golf Course, this property is perfect for a quiet getaway and a golfer's paradise! Shared spaces are the Firepit, grill and patios furnished for grilling or relaxing. Only 20 minutes away from the Okoboji, Arnolds Park and Spirit Lake areas. There are 4 Queen size beds: 2 1/2 baths. Free WIFI provided for our guests. Parking is on left side of garage and driveway and in front of property. Thank you for allowing us to share our home with you!

Summary: I think this is our 5th time at this house and we absolutely love it !!! We just feel at home there.... so much space and a beautiful back yard. And so close to Okoboji !!!!! Nice to be able to cook our own meals and not have to eat out all of the time. Deb ( owner) is always so helpful and such a nice person !!!!! The granddaughters think this is their 2nd home and want to move there . They so enjoy it :)

Summary: We have stayed here several times and absolutely love this house !!!!!! We always feel totally at home. The owner added a washer and dryer which really came in handy and also added an extra bed and another smaller bedroom. It has a wonderful backyard right on the golf course. We got to meet the owner, Deb , and her son this trip. They were both very helpful and so pleasant We will be going back...... the granddaughters loved it !!!!!

Summary: This property was perfect for our stay over the 4th. The house was clean, and furnished. I did not have to take care of anything before checking out, which was great!

Summary: Loved staying here again..brought my sister this time !!!!! I think the housekeeper should just watch things a little closer. There was a huge wad of hair on the floor in one of the bathrooms and quite a few crumbs under the table. I have that at home so not a really big deal but probably shouldn't have it in a rented home.

Summary: We loved this house...it felt like home the moment we walked through the door. The little ones loved our new home !!!!!! The only thing wrong was the cleanliness of the kitchen floor. Every one who walked on the kitchen floor barefooted ended up with black feet. It took awhile for me to figure that out. I think the cleaning people might not be cleaning the floor nearly as well as they should be. Otherwise we loved the house and yard and do hope to stay there again !!!!!!! And the ptice was so reasonable.

Summary: The house was perfect for our vacation. My kids loved staying someplace where they had their own rooms and they were obsessed with the soft, plush carpet in the living room. It was the perfect home away from home.

Summary: Very spacious comfortable home in a quiet golf course neighborhood. Has all amenities you can imagine of to have a pleasant stay with your family. We were 3 couples and 2 kids and the house has 3 full +1 small bedroom and 2 full and 1 half baths. Fully equipped kitchen. Is 20 min from Okoboji which is a downside but was nice to have some quiet family time away from crowd. FYI-There was an owners fee of 300$ added on top of the rent which makes a weekend stay $500 ish. It works out if you have more than 1 family.
