Positive: Beautiful, modern, and very clean apartment exactly as described! We really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Parking, our designated parking space was blocked by another guest but a quick call to Sarah and she was able directed us to additional parking at the front of the building. But it was definitely an inconvenience to us

Positive: Immaculately clean & tidy. Minimalistic decor/furnishing appealed to us.

Negative: Wi-Fi password was supplied on the welcome sheet, but it didn’t work on either my phone or laptop. The TV system seemed quite complex; it showed lots of services (Prime, ITVX, etc) but I couldn’t persuade it to show any actual programmes or films, or even a programme list. It often showed ‘no network connection’ or similar wording. I am tv/computer etc savvy, but not being able to watch anything at all was a bit irritating. I felt that some instructions were required.

Positive: This apartment is in a great location with easy access to the town centre. It is also close to a couple of lovely parks. It was a very clean and spacious property with everything in great working order. There is also a pleasant little outside area where you can sit for breakfast or a cup of tea. We were visiting the area for a family wedding and were very impressed with the ease of getting a taxi. We had one query about the internet and Marvin got straight back to us.

Negative: As we were attending a wedding, it would have been good to have some full length clothes’ rails to hang up our long dresses.
