You will want for nothing. Bring your groceries and an appetite for adventure.
The home is kept in impeccable condition. Every linen is laundered between every guest. If you want one of the best locations on SPI, and a home in immaculate condition with all of the extras, this is it. Don't buy or bring paper products, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a sponge, disinfectant, dryer sheets, laundry soap, bleach, or even your first day's worth of coffee. Don't load up the car with a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards or beach towels, everything is at The Sandpiper House waiting for you! We even have a Sandpiper House Treasure Chest with a few surprise goodies waiting for you! You'll have to book to see what's inside the Treasure Chest. If there is anything wrong that comes up during your stay, we'll do our best to make it right. HOME OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO 12. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO ADULTS ON TOP BUNKS. Summary: Have rented neighboring properties in SPI from SPI rentals and this place was more accommodating. Kitchen was very well stocked if you choose to cook meals in. Dealing with Billy was second to none.

Summary: This was the perfect getaway. We were Looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate, and this place did not disappoint. The view was spectacular and it was right on the beach. The pool and hot tub was so much fun. This house was stocked with everything from beach toys to spices in the kitchen. Billy was so informative and responsive. The house was very comfortable and spacious. If you're looking for the perfect getaway, THIS IS IT! We will definitely be back! Thank you BILLY!

Summary: Wow! The Sandpiper house was outstanding. From planning our trip to visiting it was all amazing. Billy did a great job communicting with us from the very start and we had our flights cancelled and came in very late but Billy was so understanding. The house was very clean and there was lots for our ages of kids to do. From an 11 year old to 21 years olds we had a blast. We would go back again! Amazing trip!

Summary: My family had a wonderful stay here. The property was as described, right on the beach, had all the amenities one would need for a week or two. Communication was very easy with the property owner and he even let us know about the Space X launch. That was interesting to watch. We all had a great time and highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Great stay ON the beach! The weather don’t cooperate the whole time (in Feb) but we got a couple of great days on the beach. We simply walked the pina coladas from the kitchen down the steps to our beach set up! The ocean was warm enough for a few quick dips and as the day cooled we hopped in the hot tub. Plenty of room for a family of 6 adults- but it’s a great house for kids too! The bunk bed room is adorable. And there’s PLENTY of seating for dinner inside or outside, and lounging by the TV or the pool. We’d definitely stay again!
