This newly remodeled 3-bed, 3-bath home is tastefully decorated and designed for easy beachfront living. Walk out to the beach, or one of the several restaurants in the area, all while enjoying the security and comfort of the Pacific Beach Condominium development.
This stylish beach home leaves nothing to be desired, and is perfect for those wanting to spend their vacation in a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay and features beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a gas stove, and a four-person breakfast bar. The kitchen opens beautifully into the living and dining areas, which in turn open via large sliding glass doors onto the gorgeous grounds and beautifully decorated patio. The patio has two comfy adirondack chairs and additional outdoor dining for six people.
There is a bedroom on the first floor that has two twin beds (which can be easily converted by our team to a full size bed upon request) and an en-suite bathroom. Through its smart double-door design, this en-suite bathroom also serves as a powder room for the guests in the main living area.
Upstairs, the master bedroom faces the beach for breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. There is a large private balcony with a loveseat, which is perfect for sipping cocktails and enjoying the sunsets. The third bedroom is spacious and inviting, contains a king size bed, and has its own private balcony that faces east for sunrises. All bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms. This home has a laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer.
Pacific Beach Condominiums has a large, ocean front pool shared by only 14 units. The development offers beautifully landscaped gardens, parking, and 24-hour security with on-site guards. Potrero Beach is known for its calm waters, gorgeous sunsets, and family friendly beaches, which makes it a favorite of locals and tourists alike. Snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, sailing, and fishing are all available along this beautiful beach.
There is no shortage of great dining options in the area—all within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away! The local fruit stand (“frutería”) is only 100 meters away. Grocery stores, beach club restaurants, bars, and even a local establishment offering sailing lessons, are also within walking distance.
