Positive: Code for the gate wasn’t provided until we arrived and had to call Special Places Costa Rica to get it. Had to initially jump the security wall. Fortunately they called me back and provided the code about 30-45 minutes and we could enter and unload our luggage.

Positive: The home was great! It is very clean and spacious for four people. We liked the locking garage gate and that a security guard often walked up and down the street at night. We felt safe, and the area was close to the beaches and good restaurants.
Negative: We had trouble getting into the home because the gate and garage gate were locked, and the code didn't work. I couldn't reach the agent for over 45 minutes to find out what we should do. We finally climbed over the fence and got into the home. The agent finally came and brought the keys 45 minutes later. On Saturday night, a neighbor had a party with loud music playing until 3 AM, and we had no way of reporting it or knowing how to take care of it.
Summary: Great home, very clean with pool and comfortable!

Negative: The shower'glas' did not keep all the water in the shower.

Positive: the house was new, tidy and well equipped. Location was close to the beach and the center (8 minute walk). Pool was very nice and airco worked well. Personnel was very kind and accommodating. Juan Carlos helped us out whenever needed and Lorena kept the house nice and clean.
Negative: It’s still heavily in development so the roads are gravel or sand and thus it’s unable to walk it with a baby stroller.
Summary: Wanderful, great house in a great town
