Summary: The place is exactly as listed. We were provided with all the comforts of home in addition to a fire ring and a pergola. I so love sitting under the pergola. It’s a great place to sit and unwind after a busy day exploring. Location is perfect for a quick jaunt into town or to a variety of nearby eateries or to a grocery and prepare in our well stocked kitchen. It was our second stay here and we love it!

Summary: My wife and I decided that we would like to take a break from our servitude, and seeing as we hadn't been to Road America in quite some time that became the plan. Checked hotels and most if not all hotels were booked and overly expensive (for any event within 50 miles). So I ended up on Vrbo! I missed the lack of A/C, but in August I don't think the temp exceeded 75° downstairs. Cooled down nicely with a box fan + window opened at nite. Nice location for our purposes, beautiful and well-kept gardens, Outstanding hosts. They may check in to see if you need anything (text in our case) but once you know the drill you are left alone. Joe not exactly the great Carsoni, or he would have told me the sunblock was NOT in the backup bag we brought to the track. That isn't a legitimate complaint, because I have none. Not a 5-star hotel for any snooty people, but amazingly close to what I call a perfect travel solution. Thanks Joe & Sylvia, it was wonderful, and I blaim ME for the sunburn. 🏡 💐 🌟

Summary: We had a fantastic weekend! After a day of traveling, it was great to find a home to relax in. The apartment worked perfectly for the three of us. We were able to have our own space to relax and spread out a bit. We prepared our supper and ate under the pergola and enjoyed the humming of bees, the singing birds and the beautiful gardens. We later had a fire in the fire ring and enjoyed the evening by the fire, visiting with one another and watching the fireflies appear. It was such a lovely stay. The weekend went rather quickly as we spent time with family and did some shopping. Upon returning home, I booked my next stay several months away but my son wanted to stay in his yearly visit to see his grandmother. I booked a second stay. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and ask for a garden tour. I came back with so many ideas of what to plant in my garden. I’m looking to seeing the change in the gardens and another comfortable stay. Thank you, for your hospitality. You certainly communicated clearly and often and answered any questions in a timely manner. Thank you!!!

Summary: Fantastic quiet rural estate with gorgeous flowering gardens. Basement 3-bedroom apartment did not feel claustrophobic at all. Very well appointed and all of the modern appliances were perfect for a weekend stay. The on-site owner provided great suggestions on area attractions. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Summary: Joe was a great host and I think we'll be staying at his place again soon. The place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Plymouth, WI while we went to the US Open and golfed at nearby courses. So comfortable and relaxing. Joe checked in from time to time to make sure we didn't need anything. A 5 star place for sure.

Summary: Joe's place is very comfortable and convenient. There were three of us, going to Road America races. Joe was very accommodating and friendly. Location is very quiet, yet only 10 minutes from RA and Plymouth. The gardens are fabulous.

Summary: The kind hosts and beautifully landscaped property were the start of visit to the stay. We were staying in their actual home while they resided in it, but it was incredibly private and in its own personal section of the house in the lower level. The space included three full bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and double vanity, and full kitchen with all the appliances one could need. A very cozy, yet acceptable space for a Group of Six adults! We had one additional vehicle (3 in total) with a back hitch carrying some paddleboards, but Joe didn't mind one bit telling us to just park it immediately behind the home and walk over to access it. Another nice luxury to have with all that property! In all, it was a perfect stay (minus the distance to some of our locations), and I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet retreat! Thank you, Jake Mitten (and family)

Summary: I stayed with my father, brother, and nephew over the Indycar weekend at Road America. We were impressed with how beautiful the property is, and how clean and well maintained the interior is. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They also let us borrow their gas grill and we were able to cook out every night. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the track. We'll definitely stay again!

Summary: KETTLES EDGE IS THE MOST WONDERFUL,BEAUTIFUL,FRIENDLY RETREAT YOU COULD HOPE FOR. THE HOST AND HOSTESS ARE THE MOST FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL . THEY TAKE CARE OF YOUR EVERY NEED.
