Summary: As mentioned in other reviews, the communication with the property manager was quite poor. We did not receive check-in information until 30 minutes before check-in time. The house overall was fine, but do not book if you plan to spend time at the house much beyond sleeping. The kitchen was inadequate and essentially unusable - the sink was clogged and the garbage disposal did not work to drain the water. I reached out to the property management and didn't receive a reply. The TV did not work either. On the positive side, the size of the bedrooms and the number of bathrooms were great for our group of 4 couples and the neighborhood location was ideal - very walkable to the Inner Harbor, the stadium area, and the bars/restaurants in Federal Hill.

Summary: We were literally 1 mile from everywhere we wanted to go and the house had plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The rooftop deck was awesome and we will definitely rent this house again next time we visit Baltimore!

Summary: I love the location in Fed Hill, but it’s tough to give a good review here. The place wasn’t cleaned from the previous stay when we walked in, so had to wait 5 hours after the typical checkin. They did provide us with a complimentary app at the restaurant next door. But then the internet didn’t work and thus the tvs didn’t work, so we were unable to work from the place or watch anything. Seemed like I had to beg to get things done. I asked them to make it right to refund the cleaning fee but they refused, so.now I have to go through VRBO to make a claim. Pretty disappointing.

Summary: This is a spacious and well maintained house in a good neighborhood (Federal Hill). It is walkable to the convention center and associated hotels, so it worked very well for a group of colleagues coming to Baltimore for a conference (and a much better value than the hotels). The roof deck is a great bonus. The only problems were that we all had trouble accessing the WiFi, and the dryer didn’t work. The hosts weren’t responsive to messages, but did answer the phone for urgent matters. All in all, highly recommended, and I think each of us would gladly stay again.

Summary: Had messaged through VRBO about how to get in at 8 am, on our way to airport. Didn’t hear back until 10 minutes after check in time. I also talked to person about the internet connection. They were going to get back to me. I never heard from them all weekend. Couldn’t get any content at all on the TV.
