Positive: The location was very convenient.
Negative: The air conditioning was not working during our stay. Our first day, it was pretty warm outside. Luckily the temperature cooled off by the end of our stay. The property manager stated that they would bring us fans but that never occurred. We found out that the air conditioning was not working in the building for the next two weeks.

Positive: Mr Derrick was very helpful to getting us settled in & he was always just a phone call away when needed for anything else! I really appreciated him during my stay!
Negative: The first & last night, having to walk up 2 flights of stairs because the key fob to the “accessible” elevator to get to the penthouse was unavailable!
Summary: It was perfect honestly, beautiful view, quiet & clean!

Positive: Place was large, very clean, fast internet and building amenities were great including free parking and a gym. LOCATION is fantastic,near everything and we felt really safe at all times. Building have also a 24 hours front desk and Chase management was always available to resolve any issue that arised. Highly recommended.
