A Pink Pearl is a beautiful beach front 3BR/ 4BA home is located in the heart of Frangista Beach. From the moment you arrive, you will be taken in by the exquisite Gulf views and stunning décor. Not a single detail has been overlooked in the design of A Pink Pearl.
The first floor living area offers a wet bar, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Step outside onto the large deck and find an 8' x 14' Gulf-front pool and shaded dining area with a propane grill. Max pool depth is 5 feet.
The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with its professional grade Viking stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The guest room on this floor has a charming Romeo balcony, a large flat panel TV and king-size bed with a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk in shower and serves as a powder room for this floor.
The top floor houses the two remaining bedrooms including the master suite. Chill a bottle of champagne in the wet bar fridge and get ready to be dazzled by sunsets viewed from your private Gulf-front balcony with comfortable patio furnishings. The master bathroom has California closets, light cabinetry and granite countertops, a walk-in travertine shower and a soaking bathtub. Down the hallway is the third bedroom offering three twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combinatiton.
When you get ready to hit the beach, you’ll enjoy the convenience with your very own private walkway leading to the sugar white sands. Rather head to the pool? The Frangista Beach community pool is within walking distance and is heated during some of the cooler months.
The private residential elevator in this home can be made available. Please discuss necessity of use with us well in advance of your stay. Free beach setup service in season includes two chairs and one umbrella. A Pink Pearl is a truly comfortable home and is an all clean bedding participant.

Frangista Beach has been featured in Coastal Living magazine and is a popular destination for vacationers. It is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna's Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $55/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
NO WEDDINGS ALLOWED WHEN STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY.
*The garage is not available for guest use. Guests are able to park 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

Reviewer Comments: A Pink Pearl did not disappoint; house was clean and everything in it worked. It sites directly on the beach and beautiful views for the decks. I loved the private plunge pool. I’m happy the owner has a belt you can pull across the driveway since the house sits beside the public beach access and cars would likely pull in drive if this belly wasn’t there. The Frangista Beach Properties staff were kind and on top of things. I will look to revisit this house and area again. Excellent experience!

The only downside is that it's right next to a public beach access. It's a bit noisy at times and when returning back after leaving to go somewhere, you would occasionally have to wait on a golf cart that would be parked in the driveway dropping off or picking up people at the public beach access. The property manager does everything they can to ensure this doesn't happen but unfortunately not everyone reads the "No Parking" signs. Overall, this is one of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed at while visiting our favorite vacation spot. We enjoyed grilling out and even jumped in the private pool several times. We also loved the new furniture! This rental has everything you need.

The beds were comfy, the house had everything we needed and the pool was an exceptional retreat for cooling off without salt water. The kids had a blast being able to go between and the adults were able to relax! The beach was beautiful- it was great to have the chair service ready and waiting because the beach got crowded and we always had a space earmarked! The house is on the main drag which was great for walking/running path access and walkable to an Alvin’s, coffee and ice cream. It was a bit noisy for the nights we wanted to sleep early because of the beach access and being a happening area, but for those wanting to be in the mix, it would be fun! Overall great stay! Frangista rental company was incredible with communication & anything we might have needed during our stay!
